I will also provide you with an example on how this strategy can be implemented with losing weight.

  • To start with I will go through the 7 main reasons why we do not meet our goals
  • I will then provide you with a more effective way to define your goals
  • I will outline some clear guidelines on how to define your plan
  • I will let you know how to get motivated on a daily basis using a “2 min Pull” method that I have developed.
  • Finally I will walk you through an example on how to apply this method if your goal is to lose weight.

Just to make sure the topic is understood, I will walk you through a real life example: Someone wanting to lose weight.

I will define the goal with her and will do the first review after one week.
